Business Development
Requirements:
- It is ESSENTIAL to have one year of business development experience with a fintech company;
- A degree in business, finance, or sales and marketing;
- Outstanding verbal and written English and local language communication abilities;
- Outstanding knowledge of foreign exchange markets;
- Excellent networking, presentation, and communication abilities;
- A history of hitting and surpassing goals.
- Desire to travel frequently for business;
- Target and results oriented;
- In order to self-generate fresh leads, business relationships, and visibility within the financial industry, the person must be proactive;
Job Description:
- Create your own leads, contacts, and exposure to the financial community;
- Establish, sustain, and enhance business ties with the company's associates and new outlets;
- Create and keep up a robust network of lead sources;
- Find and report on business possibilities to increase the market share of the organisation;
- Aid in developing the business development strategy for the company's expansion;
- To create long-lasting partnerships, approach, source, and interact with/meet with local partners;
- Engage in thrilling business journeys to meet partners;
- Analyze market and industry trends, as well as competition activity, to provide insightful feedback for optimising operational and marketing initiatives
Account Manager
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years in a sales or account management role;
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback;
- Ability to quickly grasp technical knowledge of crypto products;
- A comprehensive understanding of crypto/Web 3 is required;
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
- Self-starter and entrepreneurial mentality;
- Independent, works well in fully autonomous and high pressure environments;
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
Job Description:
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships by acting as a main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs;
- Work with sales and other internal teams to provide world class customer service to clients and partners;
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better engage and problem solve for our clients and partners;
- Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business;
- Generate progress reports for both external and internal audiences;
- Updating records of customer communications and contact information;
- Creating proposals and reports related to customer onboarding, pitch materials etc.
