Are there any charges for deposit funds?
EMAR Markets does not charge handling fees for deposits. However, for some deposit methods such as international wire transfer or e-wallet, the bank may charge some handling fees subject to the bank’s processing discretion.
The deposit has been charged by my bank/card issuer but has not reflected in my trading account?
If the funds were deducted from your payment account please send your request to Helpdesk(Deposit) and attach a bank statement or a screenshot from your online banking that confirms your funds were deducted (your full name or bank account number should be visible). Our Finance Department will contact the payment processing system for further investigation and reply to you via email within 1 working day.
Can I request for deposit and withdrawal during weekend?
Yes, you can still deposit on weekends. The funds will arrive in your account immediately. If you would like to withdraw, you can submit the relevant application in the portal. But it would only be processed during normal working days of banks. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Can I deposit or withdrawal funds using mobile phone?
If you would like to deposit funds or withdraw funds using your mobile phone, you are required to log in to the client portal through a browser. However, it is relatively inconvenient to operate it on phone. It is recommended that you can try using a computer.
How long is the withdrawal process?
The withdrawal process will take up to 24 hours.
